HELP - Nottingham area Skylines

Hi All,

Not sure if this is the correct area for this post - so Administrators please move as necessary.,.....

I'm looking to buy a R34 - and as a newby to the world of Skylines, I wonder if there are any Skyline owners in the Nottingham area that I could visit to see there car and ask questions...

What areas to look for when buying a R34....

Corrosion hot spots, etc, etc, etc....

We could meet somewhere, you are welcome to visit me or I could visit you and your car(s) at your place......

I'm looking to buy a R34 in the next few weeks so would like to do my homework asap....

I am in Nottingham, this is no scam - been here for years!

many thanks,

jps

Judging by your previous posts you've been looking to buy a 34 for 5 years. How have you not done your homework yet?

Given recent thefts I think you'll struggle to get someone to meet you other than at a proper event.

This literally couldn't sound more dodgy if you tried, OP.

scam - lol

Hi,

You have my address - been in business for over 30 years - A scam - LOL.

Reason for not buying one..... didn't find the right one...

but I did find other good cars that where on my list and have bought a 22B, 996 turbo and just sold an escort RS cosworth.......(check ERSC forum - F2 WTF)

So if the right R34 comes up - I will buy it....... if not - I won't.

If a good Evo 6 TME or Extreme or Delta comes up first - I will buy that instead.....

many thanks for your help,

best regards,

jps

There's not a lot that goes wrong with the 34 bar rust and this can be pretty much anywhere on any car. You're in a tricky situation wanting a 34 as they are few and far between. What is your budget?

I think you'll struggle to get an R34 for £25k that doesn't need a lot of work.

Liam sorry to say but your wrong, there are R34 GTR's out there for £25k that are perfectly fine and it's like a trader style thing to say stuff like that, inflating the perception of a price when its not actually true.
Even now there is one for sale for £25k on PH, the silver one. I know the owner, is a friend of mine and this will be a plug but I've driven it many times and its got a massive spec on it too! It's 100% worth viewing, I may be able to twist the owners arm a bit as i keep telling him to get an R35 lol
