standard boost?

what is the standard boost for a R32 gtr running standard turbos?
( i did a search but only came up with modded boost specs.)

I dont want to damage the engine by blowing ceramics into the baby...
i am running 1.0 at mo.
Is this ok? Safe ?

I think the standard boost is aroun 0.7bar

As far as I know 1 Bar is the recommended max boost for standard turbos.

For the R33 is that the standard boost or the peak you should run on stock tubbies? Only asking beacuse mine peaks at about 1.08kg/cm^2 without mods, 'well basically'.
