I have an adjustable Ohlins road and track suspension fitted but unfortunately one of the shock's adjusters just turns freely and is not adjusting anything

.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how was it sorted?

Got the same problem, but sorry to report I also havn't sorted it yet.
Are yours Japanese or European sourced. If European you can get them sorted by Ohlins UK. If Japanese I am informed that they cannot help?
Mine are Japanese! Oh B*gger. The Knurled adjuster has become detached and I can't see how to replace it and get the click adjustment it once had?
