Another oil question(and pads) - sorry

Ive got a few tubs of Silkolene 10w 50 (the race stuff) in my garage, will this be any good in a mildly breathed on GTR32 (350 -370bhp)?

Or should i sell it, and get some other type ?

Also, what is the best oil for my 2 way LSD ?

And, was gonna get a set of Redstuff pads for the fronts and goodrich lines - are these any good, or would you reccomend a better product ?
