Headlights & Wipers

I just picked up a r33 gtst skyline today, a couple of problems

1) The left hand side wiper blade is not cleaning the window, can i just buy a universal wiper blade and will it fit ?

2) The driver side, headlight and main beam are not working, but the side light is, i tested the bulb in the other headlight and it worked so i know its not a fault with the bulb, in a thread a couple of posts down someone has a similar probelm on a r32, could this be a simialr fault, also how could i go about fixing this, as this is my first skyline and i dont know were things are etc
