Which New Clutch????

Hey people,

After TOTB i now am on the look out for a new clutch. Anyone got any ideas what I should go for and stuff.

I am running an R33 GTR with around 440bhp but want to get a clutch that will be able to control 650-700 bhp.

I have chatted to some people in the States and they say I should go for an ATS clutch but I am not too sure yet. I tend to use the car for normal everyday driving so I want something that wont make me look stupid on the line when I stall it!!!!!!!

Can anyone also answer me this question. The clutch is it a push or a pull?? Do I need additional parts to covert a clutch and stuff.

Any help is wonderful.

Thanks in advance to all of u

Gaz

The R33 is a pull but most twin plates, (from what I found), are push, so you'll need to get a conversion kit too.

The ATS carbon clutches are supposed to be very good, but are quite expensive, if you don't want to spend that much I'd go for an Os Giken twin.

ORC

I fitted the ORC twin plate metal and it is fantastic. I couldn't ask for better and will certainly be sticking with this brand forever...or until somebody gives me a ride in their GTR and shows me something better. It is rated for up to 700ps i believe. Hope this helps.

ORC

I didn't use anything standard. All bits and pieces came with the package from ORC. Hope this helps.
