Been A While Since We Did Diagnostics

Ok heres the fault.
Broke an inner cv on the front right axle.
Got my spare axle , and fitted it .
About 2 weeks later it popped out of the front diff , on closer inspection I either didnt push it in far enuff or the circlip was stuck on the axle spline not in the diff ( so 2 circlips ).
Refit axle with 1 circlip.
2 weeks later it pops out of the front diff ...
Refit axle, drive about 50 metres and floor it , Bang snap inner cv outer housing to bits.
Pull front diff out and change the carrier as I thought it might be munted and not supporting the spline well enuff.
Refit new carrier and new front axle.
About 1 week later take off firm but not hard , bang snap inner cv outer housing to bits.

Sigh ....
Any thoughts ?
Its not engine mounts or front carrier.
I did wonder about the torque splitter , which is factory but if that wasnt working it would put less grunt to the front ....
Odd ...
Open to intelligent suggestions.

ps it gets driven HARD and it has never faulted prior to the first cv fault

Not a Skyline but I had a problem once with a fiesta, changed the engine as it had seized drove 10 miles up the road and the driveshaft CV broke up, this happened a few times. As it turned out the diff had been damaged by the owner attempting to tow start the seized engine. So if all else fails try another front diff.
