Sard 700cc Injectors

Hi,
Can anyone confirm if the sard 700cc injectors will sit straight into the stock GTR fuel rail ? I Have a Power FC and commander, Has anyone fitted the injectors without fuel regulator and by simply putting the injector setting in would the car run ok without total re-map?
All comments appreciated

Yes they do fit, but its very tight indeed I have this setup on mine at the moment, and to be honest I wouldnt do it again. Better to get a bigger fuel rail or modify the standard one so that the injectors fit properly

Standard FPR should be ok for normal running, not sure about running any serious boost - havent got that far yet

You will need to enter the % size increase and lag time in the PFC, but once you've done that the car should run exactly the same as if it were on standard injectors. Again, thats what I did

Cool , thanks for the speedy reply! Sounds like youve done exactly what I was planning hehe. What do you mean by too tight. They fit in with "o"rings right?

Yeah with o-rings, but you need a dollop of vaseline, and then you have to push them in really hard, almost on the point of not being able to do it. In fact I got one of mine stuck, and it took a near-superhuman effort to get it off again

Fitting into the inlet manifold is no problem, its just getting them into the fuel rail thats difficult.

ahhh. ok, thats great, thanks! I think I worked out 62.8 for flow correction and 0.19 for lag correction.. sound about right?
