Breaking in new turbos...need mineral oil?

I am having a pair of GT-SS's installed at the end of this month, with a whole bunch of other stuff. A certain tuner from JUN will come and tune my Fcon VPro at the same time. Almost everything is set.

But I can't remember whether or not putting in new turbos require the use of mineral oil for breaking in, or just go with a regular synthetic?
