R32 are safe to use upto about 1bar and R34's can take a little more about 1.1bar for safe use. Rebuild the standards with steel inners and they should be OK for 1.4bar, But can your engine take. Running 1.2bar with steel inners seems to be the norm with standard engine internals for safe everyday use, Unless you are launching everywhere on it.

Standard is about 0.7 bar and mine for example was tuned to 0.85 by GT-Art. 0.85 is safe while on an older car/turbos going over 0.9 is asking for problems on standard internals etc.

You'd like to assume yes but, myself, I would drop it to 0.8 until you can get it verified by a tuner.
