Hi everyone,

I've decided to sell the bike as we are planning on emigrating to New Zealand and need the money to finance the move.

It's a 1998 R1 on an "R" plate with only 11,000 miles on the clock.

It comes fitted with an Ohlins rear shock which has done only about 2,000 miles. This is the latest model Ohlins unit and is the sports version, they now do two versions the other being a softer I would guess more touring type.
The front forks have been fitted with Ohlins springs. The suspension was professionally setup by Revs Racing for fast road or Trackdays two months ago.

There is a Dynojet kit fitted as the exhaust system was replaced with a Titanium Akropovic system and oval Carbon can.

There are two new tyres (Pirellis Diablo Corsa's) fitted approx 500 miles ago which are awesome I have to say.

It looks fantastic and is in excellent condition, the mileage is very low for the age and the condition reflects this.

It comes with a single seat unit and the standard seat unit which I unfortunately scuffed very lightly moving the bike around.

I recently had a new chain and sprocket kit with renthal sprockets and an X-Ring chain (500 miles old).

I will include the brand new Paddock stand and a spare tank which I bought for trackdays that has a large dent in it. I haven't been on any trackdays as I had planned so as far as I know it hasn't been tracked.

I am looking for £3,800 for the whole lot.

I forgot to mention it comes with a Datatool alarm and immobiliser and Datatag fitted.

There are Kevlar brake lines front and rear.

A sprint steering damper is fitted.

I also put some crash bungs on both sides.

I will include a fairly new set of Dainese leathers with it if the asking price is met.
