Just fitted an upgraded standard turbo,steel internals,new actuator.
All seemed to go well.Oil changed,Mobil 1.
Fired her up,lovely,got her warm,no boost.Someone suggested the actuator may be set for boost to come on higher in rev range with uprated internals,
so tried letting her rev higher,hit about 7psi @ 5500rpm.
Now she's mis-firing.

Any ideas what' going on?

Are the IC pipes back on properly?

I believe so.
Turbo has been off for 4 weeks.
Preety sure it's back together as it should be.

Was it newly upgraded or 2nd hand? Does it look like it's blowing oil? Did you use the 0w Mobil1?
