Cam belt tension??? - GT-R Register - Official Nissan Skyline and GTR Owners Club forum

Hi there
I've just replaced the cam belt on my R32 GTR, well actually I've rebuilt the whole engine!!! I'm a little unsure about the cam belt tension, the manual is a little vague in this department, any advice would be helpful...

Loosed the tensioner, fit the belt. The tensioner automatically tensions the belt. You use an allen key to stop the tensioner moving when you tighten it up. Thats it. If its too tight, it burrs when the engine it running.
