Redline or Motul Gbox oil?

which is the better oil to go for for fast road and occasional drag?

I was told by ron that its very thick oil so in the winter until its warmed up it would be difficult to change gears...

just wonmdering if motul is any better at cold performance?

I have royal purple gearbox oil and when cold it's sometimes difficult to get in first or second gear.
