blowing downpipes or tubbys

need some advice everybody, Had some uprated downpipes added to my car about 2 months ago. The problem being is that a now have a blowing sound coming from the engine bay!!! started last night and then suddely fixed itself also. Tried it today and now very noisy. Havent manged to look at it yet but whats the consenus 1. the downpipes or 2. the tubby to engine manifold??? Do the tubby to engine manifold go often????

That a real pain the **** job isnt it???? Will I get away with tightening the bolts up???? or just hope that it isnt that!!!! cheers for the swift reply
