What does this sticker tell me? - GT-R Register - Official Nissan Skyline and GTR Owners Club forum

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what this sticker means? I am guessing it indicates that the cam belt has been replaced?? the hand written bits FR and 058 could be the initials and mileage at change OR mileage at NEXT change??

any help much appreciated

A garage called Nisseki Mitsubishi ( a big chain now called Eneos) changed the oil and filter. (4.5 litres of oil and some type of filter I can't read.)
The circle describes which type of oil they used, but I can't quite make it out.
