its a good point tho, with the sand coming over the surface, altho they did have machines for blowing and scrubbing /prepping the track.
shipping costs were around £2k per car i reckon all in. plans are in hand to look at how to take over more cars or to offer packages to interested parties wanting to compete. accomodation nearby was nice, only 10 mins from venue, and about 45mins to an hour by car from dubai. (altho local taxi drivers took longer and got lost on the way!) one hour taxi ride for 5 people cost £16 all in! lol
