part required urgently !

hi guys ,
can you help me out here .
one of the nsf wheel studs , which hold the wheel onto the car
has cross threaded and i cant tighten the wheel nut .
im trying to find out how i sort this out . im only using four nuts at present , until i get this fixed . can i get the stud rethreaded , or are the studs on my car , an r33gts25t 1995 model able to be tapped out and replaced with a new stud . if i can put a new one in , where can i get one as quick as possible so i can get it sorted .
if you have them in stock guys can you let me know so i can get it sorted straight away .
