If you've served all your sentence, by definition you can't be put on a tagging order or community service can you...

What really get me is this if i drive with no tax no licence (No expesive driving lessions) no mot no insurance and get cought the fine would be less than the insurance! (I AM TAXED AND INSURED SO DINT CAME A KNOCKING ID FEEL TO GUILTY) Jet high run somebody over be out in a jiffy are there minimum sentances i agree that there should be leinicy such as a murcy killing but at present the law in practice regardless of theory seams to be bonkers. Take the wome who defrorded her boss he was so rich he dondnt notice the 2mill or whatever she got dome rightly so. But if i was defroading little old ladies of there weekley pension a far worse crime becase it might only amout to ***163;60 it would be comunity service probily. In practice the law has all gone wrong. The wealthy are protected where as the most vaunrible arent protected (doggy pensics scheam left thousd screed for there retirements well 3 mounths open prision is what you need) by the system. We all konw arears where the drug dealers and so on are yet you never see the deterant of a bloke with a tall blue hat how come? Faith in the law is crumbiling as i for one cant see the sence in that anyone else?

I couldn't get much further than this (was it in English?)

There are new PNDs for No Insurance, 6 points and £600. No Licence + No Insurance almost always = disqual.

No Licence doesn't mean the person can't drive. The people who drive without a licence *can actually drive*, otherwise they wouldn't get out of their driveway would they... think about it Einstein. So I'm not sure what driving lessons have to do with it.

No tax is enforced by the DVLA, new regulations mean they take your car away, you have 7 days to pay, if you don't it gets crushed.

So you're suggesting mandatory life sentences for all imprisonable offences?

It's been proven by people with far more experience than me time and time again that imprisonment is not an effective deterrent for over 50% of offenders.

imprisonment for the rest of ther lives wil stop them re-offending

i know we cant hold every one of them for life because of the money it wil cost blah blah blah but im 100% sure people wil think twice about even littering in the street knowing you went down for life for smaller crimes, and the real bad boys(murderers,sex offenders) well im sure a bullet to the head will be cheaper option

O no disqulification! Ahhhhhh when i havent got a licence insure tax and sound be driving anways disqulification its like same im desqufied from the local golf coulb never been there never want to go so WTF does it matter if im disqulified if i then contine i maght be desqulified agein aghhhhhhh.
