How much work is involved to change from an auto to manual box when doing a rb26dett engine swap into a gts-4?

I think you have one saving grace that the stick is part of the box rather than having to mess about with linkages etc...
You will need to change the pedal box obviously, clutch master/slave cylinder will be needed, possibility that the rear diff may be a different ratio on the auto.
Possibly different length propshaft.
Wiring the neutral switch in to substitute the park switch for the inhibitor should work.

All off the top of my head.
