Hi,
Maybe you'd like to contact me back about these parts. You have still not Returned Andrew Ransley's money £400 - he had paid as part payment towards some of these goods. You have also not had the decency to respond to my email to yourself regarding them. I was the person that let Andrew down on his sale - as you are fully aware. He gave me my money back straight away and now you are not showing him the same consideration. David Ruston LLB Last edited by Davers13; 4th November 2005 at 01:46 PM. |

Andy Ransley
Morning, Don't know if you are aware but Mr. Ransley has filed a dispute through paypal, which i assumed was how he wanted to proceed. After receiving your email suggesting legal action i passed all correspondance concerning the deal to my lawyer, I am awaiting a response.
I am a reasonable and fair man and rely on my reputation to generate future business, both through my company and on forums, as suggested in my post if i can find a substitute buyer for the setup I will return Mr. Ransley's deposit when the goods have been paid for. I went to considerable effort to have components checked and tested for the deal agreed with Mr. Ransley (only after which did i secure a deposit) and as explained to him on numerous occassions have lost all other interested parties due to his delays. I have correspondance from Mr. Ransley specifing that monies transfered to myself were for part payment/deposit for the turbo/manifold/waste gate/fuel rail and injectors (the deal that was agreed), so for him to pull out of the deal and then suggest that the deposit was actually a payment for the injectors and rail is unacceptable, the package was never intended to be divided and i never implied that it could be. I consider my proposal to line up another buyer (at personal expense to myself) a demonstration that I want matters resolved. Of course at anytime if Mr. Ransley wishes to complete the deal he is more than welcome. Chris Rawlings P.S. Got a fmic for your S13 if interested |

Afternoon all, the alloys are Rays engineering mono block forged affairs (17" 9), they've been drilled to fit the GTR hub, from the rear the new stud holes look professional and safe, not the case from the front however. They must be a discontinued wheel (evolution4), can't seem to find out much about them, but they are light as anything and in good nick. The 235 yoko's on them have plenty of life but are snow tyres. (which is curious considering they came off a 600bhp R32)
To the other chap i'm afraid the brakes have gone. Sorry about that Chris |
