Why Lehm clay in particular? and why such a high content carnauba wax? The higher the carnauba content effectively the harder the wax gets and therefore the more solvent is needed in the mix to break it down and make it workable......

Surely using some sort of glaze and then a good carnauba wax will do more for the finish than a cleaner wax and then another wax..... You'll get more swirl hiding ability that way, as although the clay will remove alot of contaminants from the paint, it won't help remove any scratches or swirls. The oils in a glaze and the carnauba wax will mask a proportion of the imperfections..... Short of that using a good diminishing swirl remover to gradually get rid of the swirls, or even as many enthusiasts do now, buy a Porter Cable polisher and spend a few hours at swirl removal themselves... A bit extreme cost wise but theres alot of people buying them, and they are so much safer than an orbital polisher.

Anyway, not having a go, just interested in your thoughts and opinions.
