I'd be interested to know who sold you the crap adapter plate from Aussie. I sold a 4wd RB30 bottom end to a guy over there for his own use and it looks like he's copied it bady and is trying to sell them as his own design. Also I hear there are a few 4wd RB30 motors comming over from aussie, be carefull is all I can say, make sure who you deal with knows what they are doing.
