The Governements Attitude to "Fines"

Errrr im in favour of fineing in many ways. Want i dont get is that i get the same fine as bill gates how the hell does that work the richer you are the less the fine matters it sould be fair its not.

My father in law has mild dementia and missed taxing his car, got a fine so I wrote explaining the circs and they just doubled it, I wrote back saying why didnt you answer my letter and they said they couldnt communicate with me because of the Data Protection Act £80 or else he goes to court, why does data get protected and 82 year old men who are vulnerable dont get protected - have I missed something?

Stu x will respond that running over rioting peasant's is perfectly good police tactic to be rejoiced in by all its well know that in the event of a riot the best form of crowd control is driving a police car into the crowd at full speed screaming yeppie kaiaaaaaaa better that than troubling PC red rum from his morning hay.

My high street has parking bays. why do we have to pay to use them?

why not simply have a 2 hour non-return policy, and issue tickets to to those who stay over a two hour limit

I sometime park my fully signwritten van aoutside my electrical shop, walk in theshop to get a parking voucher and get collared by a phonecall or customer, and forget the voucher.

Wardens STILL issue me a ticket, even though they knw i'm in the shop i'm park outside of.

This is the first post of yours I've seen in about 6 weeks - you're on my ignore list (as you well know) but I'm not at home at the minute.

Is it coincidence that it's a foamy-mouthed rant at me in a thread I've not even commented on? Did I strike lucky, or are all of your posts utterly obsessed with me? If someone else could let me know I'd be grateful, looks like I might need a restraining order.

I'd put money on that if I pulled him he'd be the nicest person I ever spoke to. It's what we call "Charlie-Big-Potatoes Syndrome".

However I have a sneaking suspicion that he's not old enough to drive, or that if he is it certainly isn't a Skyline.

If i get pulled for speeding ill keep you there arguing explaining things yat yat yat yata for at least 9 days so you cant get nobody else believe me i will I'm good at it. Is you cars paperwork up to date can i see it and what about you training whats your officer number can you prove it who's you boss don't i have this right is it cause i is black (which im not) is it cause i remind you of your dad?
