Derestricting Imported GTR33 V-Spec

Just got GTR33 V-Spec that's been restricted. Any clues how to de-restrict? Cuts in at c120mph. Cheers

It should cut in at 112mph. Get a new ecu for it and have it mapped - no more restriction, no problems with UK fuel and at 1 bar boost, a good deal more power.

Or one of these

Or can you cut wire 53 on a GTR? You can on the GTS-T's. (Although you do say bye bye to HICAS)

Don't cut any wires, just get the only true conversion, UK speedo and ECU. This will retain the hicas and you will have your speed in MPH on a proper UK dial and have the ECU de-restricted with either a standard ecu or a stage 1 ecu.

PM for details.

The UK-version speedo will remove the speed limit by itself. You won't need to also remap. It also looks clean, and records distance in miles.
