You spent 8700 quid on a rebuild and put mhoosive injectors in it, but, decided against an ECU, what fooking muppet suggested that was the best way to go?

PowerFC, HKS Fcon, Greddy EManage, take your pick mate, PowerFC seems to be the ECU of choice.

No idea how much they are, but, there is nothing that will just plug in, you are going to have to pay to have the ECU mapped to use your new setup.

Check out these guys http://www.thor-racing.co.uk/
They'l fit and map the power FC for you and maybe not to far away from where you are.
Its gona cost you a few quid but from what ive read already' you'l be looking for a new engine shortly if you dont Its the only way to go

You should probably look at the ecu mate.

Power fc would be my suggestion. After that, a new turbo would be next on the list. (You didn't mention if you had iridium plugs? or if you have only changed the decat pipe or the whole exhaust system, including the downpipe?).

What are you trying to aim for? and what is the car being used for? (these might sound stupid questions, but they make a big difference to how you should go about your modifications. ).

Andy.

and get the down pipe changed, it'll allow the car to breather much better.

My own advice would be go to a proper tuner like GT-Art, Abbey or RB Motorsport and the like and get the job done right. You have spent a sh*t load of money so far and without the proper mapping and turbo etc it isn't worth a damn and you might as well have spent it on chocolate and if the mapping etc isn't done right that's exactly what your engine will melt like - chocolate.
