Maybe not the right question.... As far as master cylinders go it all depends on the volume of fluid they move in their stroke.
If its the same as stock, but a higher quality cylinder it might give a slightly better feel. If the fluid volume moved is different it will change the hydraulic advantage on the calipers. I.E. if the master moves less fluid then for every 1cm of pedal travel it will compress the pads less-but you have a higher leverage ratio therefore giving you more pedal travel(softer pedal feel), less pedal effort. The reverse would happen if the cylinder moves more flud, less pedal travel, but more pedal effort(harder feeling pedal). Hope my explanantion makes sense-the mines setup probably moves more fluid which would make your pedal feel harder but require you to push the pedal harder for the same amount of stopping force. |
