Allright... I have done the search and found nothing, so here goes...!

I am about to change the A/T fluid on my R34 GTT for the first time and was wondering if anything special came recommended? Fluid type ect.
How many liters does it take to fill up?

I did a quick search throught the manual that came with the car and came up a bit short on my japanese so any tips and tricks would be well appreciated.
