Hi Andy;

put mine in yesterday, the bonnet rib running lengthways down the centre contacts at the highest point of the cam/sparkplug/timing belt covers about the same place as the white mark forward of the oil filler cap in the photo. you only seem to have cut the bonnet to acommodate the turbo, did you find contact with the covers also?

Hi,

Yes, I've had to cut more of the bonnet away to clear the cam cover. You can just see the rubbing mark in the photo.

I'll post up a pic tomorrow.

Truth is, I don't know. The bonnet is slightly more curved on the R33.

Thanks Andy.

Rockabilly a friend has one in an R33 GTR and has only had to cut away some bonnet insulation.

The latest power figs for 16psi @ wheels are

433.6 BHP @ 6900 rpm
422 lbs/ft @ 5820 rpm

I make 422 lbft @ 5820rpm = 467bhp - are you selling yourself short somewhere?
