will a td06-20g turbo be any good on a rb25det?

what power could i get and what spool up time would i see?

Excellent spool up and depending on the exhaust housing should be good for 400hp.

Internal or external wastegate?

its on my 200sx s13 at min same with the gt2871r used to have that on it to but seals gone now thinking of putting a rb25det in my s13 i know a few poeple have done it now
