Blitz Super Blow-off Valve DD Universal

Hi,
anyone using The New Blitz super blow-off Valve?
Or anyone has tested the HKS blow valve?
I am thinking of buying one, pls give me some advices...

I had an HKS SQV on my Evo 5 and it worked well on it.
Nice noise too!

But the general concensus of opinion seems to be don't bother for a Skyline, hence I haven't fitted one to mine.

But, if it's what you want, then go for it. As I say, the HKS one is good. Haven't used or seen the Blitz one....

Noise alone!!!

I have one fitted to mine but i`m not sure what manufacture it is. There is also a thread somewhere in the technical part of the forum which progressed the subject with regards to performance or advantages to be gained. I think the outcome was basically that it removed a lot of stress from the turbos however on a personal note you simply must fit one for the noise alone!!!
Sounds a bit like an HGV when driven softly but when accelerating in anger it sounds simply fantastic!!!!

Vent to atmosphere BOV's are not a good idea on the Skyline, regardless of the model.

Fitting a pod type airfilter will provide enough noise from the stock BOV to satisfy most rice-boys anyway
