G plate Diamond white RS Turbo 1700cc , standard example

Bought from my uncle 29-02-06 for a project car, never got round to doing anything with it, but need the money now i'm skint.
Diamond white G plate
registered 01-08-1989.
only 4 owners from new( last owner me)
MOT until sep 2006, only covered less than 300 miles since last MOT.
No tax just about to run out July 2006,
standard car apart from , magnex straight through exhaust system.
New number plates,
4 new tires dunlop (new spare) standard Rs 4 spoke alloys in very good condition
Recaro interior, sunroof, electric mirrors and everything else standard on this model RS.
Looking for 2300 ovno or will consider P/Ex for car of same value depends what it is!!

Bits that need work!

A new water seal around hatchback lid.
engine bay never been touched (for the bling people around)
small stone chip gone rusty an one of the doors
slightly dulling paint work

Very nice motor though RST's are only 1600cc so it cant be standard!?

i had one of these!!! Glorious cars and my first ever turbo! If it wasnt for that bastid adjustable boost control incouraging my young fingers to tweak it like pammies left nipple it would still be with me today

as jon says i used 2 build and work for ford many moons ago there 1596cc so it has either been borred out or is useing a zetech bottom end which most of them do now but then agin it might just be a typeing fault, wot ever it is looks a lovely example brings a tear 2 me eye about the gud old days lol
