Nissan Skyline R34 GTR V-Spec II Nur

BNR34 V-Spec II Nur Edition

Hi everyone,

I’m selling my Nur after nearly three years with it. I bought it from our illustrious webmaster Cem (Blowdog) in December 2003.

It was originally sourced and supplied by Zele international and specced by Nismo. Prospec brought the car to the UK with approx 13,000kms on the clock. It was then converted into miles and has full service history with Abbey Motorsport and RB Motorsport. The car currently has covered approximately 25,000 miles.

Since owning it I have spent a fortune on it. The cosmetics etc were already perfect, so I concentrated on extracting more power while keeping it as a daily driver. It has a brand new Top Secret RB28 engine (supplied by Prospec Motorsport) fitted approx 3,000 miles along with the rest of the spec which I will list below. All parts are new and the car currently pushes out 650bhp and over 500lbs/ft torque. The engine and fuel system are rated to 900ps and the car has the remainder of the kit necessary to safely run this with much time and money spent on cooling. To run mega power all you would need to do is fit a larger turbo (T51R for example) and remap. As a road car it is extremely quick and I don’t think there are many people who would want more power, response and low down torque than it already has.

Details as follows;

2002 Final Production run 1 of 750 V-spec II Nurs
Finished in Sparkling Silver
1 of only 4 in the UK (only one other in this colour.)
25,000 miles (3,000 miles on new spec only)
2 UK owners (myself and Cem)
650bhp+ / 507lbs/ft

The car also has a Cat1 Alarm/Immobiliser.

Reason for sale is that I now have two children and I simply don’t have the time to play with the car. It’s not my commuter car and it’s not an ideal family day out car which means it doesn’t get much use. If I keep it I’ll ending up spending even more on it which I’m keen to avoid as I can no longer justify it after what has already been spent.

Price wise I’m looking for £68k as specified above. It stands me in at a lot more than this and anyone who has started tuning their car knows how expensive it is to do properly. Nothing has been skimped on. The car hasn’t been ragged to death and this spec hasn’t seen any miles in anger, half of it has been spent running in and mapping. It is totally fresh and should give many trouble free miles. It has been built as a fast road car and is still very comfortable and absorbs bumps etc and puts down the power extremely well. I live on twisty country roads and it travels beautifully across these. It is a very rare car in its own right (it’s the last production run of BNR34’s and the last of the RB26 engined GTR’s) and now has the power to match its looks.

Power can be reduced down to around 500bhp with the boost controller switched off running 0.8 bar, or 570bhp at 1.2bar on low boost. High boost is set to 1.7-1.8bar for 650bhp and has been mapped by Abbey Motorsport on their Dynapack. Quoted bhp figures are hub figures +70 to calculate at the flywheel. Power runs were done in hot weather so should yield even more in the winter.

Condition is immaculate. The most recent pics are below.

Right click and save as for old movie which German TV made of this car;
http://www.lyonsannoot.co.uk/nito/Nu...ec%20movie.asf

Viewing by appointment only, serious enquiries please, for more info please pm me in the first instance or mail to nito at nitosport.co.uk

Passenger seat test drives only to serious parties
(unless satisfactory demonstration of the following);
-Insurance proof, Driving License and means of payment.

There are a couple of things that need tidying up before it goes (new windscreen etc) and these will be done in the next couple of weeks. Obviously the sale excludes the private plate. It is taxed for another 11 months and MOT is due in January '07.

Thanks
Nito

Colour me amazed! That's simply an incredible machine! That spec list basically made me afraid of the dark...

For the first time in my life I'll buy lottery tickets today, let's hope for beginner's luck.

I reluctantly wish you good luck selling the car, I hope you change your mind and keep it until I can buy it some time in the distant future.

And truly sorry for OT, I just couldn't help myself...

Nito,

It is truly an amazing car and spec.

I hope the new owner looks after it as much as you have.

For anyone who's interested, I can honestly say that the spec is awesome on the road - as mine is the same

Good luck with the sale Nito.

Matt.

I was so close to deleting this thread.

Nito, if you look closely at your receipt, you signed a contract -
Section 34, Clause 3, Paragraph 6:

You are not allowed to sell this car. Ever.

So I'm sorry to say you cannot sell this. Makes me so sad as this car was soooooo much to me. If anyone is interested in more pictures, I have 1000's.

Please make sure any potential buyers promise to not mess this car up, because if this car so much as goes NEAR a neon light, I will be bulldozing their home. Honestly - filter every single person. Anyone with a baseball cap, don't answer your door. In fact, give MY phone number for enquiries.

Cem
