A little info for SVA

Hi Guys,

The SVA form needs the following info that I don't have
(for R33 GTS)
Maximum Road Speed :
Maximum Power Engine Speed :
(speed in rpm, at which the engine produces maximum power)

Can anyone help with this?

Getting a little excited now, I pick the car up next Saturday.

Phil

Oh yea and is ABS fitted as STD?

Max engine power is 6400rpm
I told the SVA max road speed electronically limited to 110mph...

Hi Phil when you go for the SVA make sure your tyres have an "E" mark on them, even good Japanese tyres will fail because of this.

If you need any help mail me Rick

ABS I think was optional - I don't have it on my GTS25t.

ABS was an option, but the fuse box will have a couple of fuses in the ABS position even if the ABS is not fitted (I've yet to figure out what they do).

It is possible to tell if your car has ABS as standard from the chassis number. email me.

Thx

I've posted the SVA docs now, so it's just a matter of waiting.
Matt, did your's pass the SVA with the turbotimer fitted, I've heard that will fail them.
I'll let you know about the tyres, if they're not "E" does anyone have a spare set (tyre's % wheels) that I could borrow for the SVA ( the car will be trailered there and back so the tyre's won't be used...
I've built up this list of things to do pre-SVA if anyone can think of anything else, let me know...

Fuel neck restrictor
KMH - KPH electronic converter
Rear fogs converting innet brakes to fogs & adding switch
130 MPH rated tyres ("E"?)
cable ties on all uner bonned cableing every 12"
(remove TTimer...)

Thanks Guy's.

Your welcome to borrow my standard wheels with good tyres (Need them back quick though as they're my winter wheels!). I'm in Lancs...any use to you?
