Pull to Push clutch conversion

what are the pros and cons for converting from a late R32 pull type clutch to a push type clutch?
What would be the estimated cost of parts?
What parts would be required?
Is it worth doing?

The reason for asking is i have noticed that you can buy part used twin and triple plate push clutches at a fraction of the cost of a new one,so i thought about buying one and fitting some new friction plates which would save a small fortune.
