Exhaust and size?

Hi all

I'm in the stage of tuning my R33 GTR, I've had my turbo's done to stage1, have a boost controller, JE pistons, hetal head gasket etc, etc......

(Back to the point!) What would be a good exhaust to put on, what size pipe and do I go for turbo back or cat back? I have been told 3.5" would be better although HKS use 3"

Thanks..

if you get the down pipes as well the turbos spool quicker than if you just have the main section.

Most of the jap exhasts seem to be 3"
