Is it safe to drive?

I have now just rebuilt engine with new turbos. I have't got dyno time yeat and and maybe have to drive my car 450 miles at highway (~75 mph).
I have apexi power fc with allmost stock settings. Littlebit richer gasoline mix have been tuned. So is it safe to drive my bnr32 now?
I have power fc controller so I see knocking levels all the time, at least.

dont drive it. get it on a dyno / mapped on the road.

why did it need rebuilding? If it is a stock rebuild, not more than 400bhp and you can be sure the timing is right (around 21 degrees) then this will probably be ok. if its running more power then get it checked. If a power fc can change fuelling (which I think it can) then you need to have it on a dyno as it could be all over the place.

after the rebuild, its worth getting it checked

Rebuilt cos was time to change engine bearings. And new turbos and power fc added also.
Someone said that it is safe to drive easy, not with boost. Max knocking levels that power fc has registered is 23 when accelerating quite hard.

Don't know how much power it now has. But cos is not mapped yet I drive under 3000rpm and so little gas that turbos don't start to spool.
