Question R32 GTR Sparkplugs

Hi

I'm trying to find out what heat range of sparkpug I should be using in my R32 GTR. My car is just about stage 1, still on standard turbos running .8 bar of boost.

I'm looking a NGK iridiums and i presume they should be 7's or 8's but really haven't got a clue which

Cheers for any help,

Oliver

7 should be good enough for a stage 1, we have 7s running in our GTR (443 bhp) with no boost issues etc,.

Yep - 7s will be fine.

I use 7s in mine running 490bhp, although I'm thinking about changing them for 8s, possibly
