problem with my R33 GTR

i've noticed that my apexi boost controller.. reseted..... and it powers up but is not working..., i traveled my gtr 400km to another city....when i was driving i notice the sound of my turbo breathing when i change gear and my BOV, when i reach half to my destination, i suddenly lost power....my rpm is difficult to reach 3T.... and if i will push the pedal....i can hear different noise..like my turbo stuck-up =( what could these be??? could it be my boost controller =(, i don't know the settings of my boost controller...can somebody give me the settings??? i am using garrett twin turbo's, could these be my valve in my turbos would not open???.....help please...
