t45s vs to4R???
From information I gather is that the HKS T45s was replaced by the HKS to4R.
What I can't find is what is the difference? Does the To4R use a newer desgin something? As far I know both Turbo are oil cool and use regular bearing. Does the To4R spool up faster? What are the major difference. This is a hard one as it is VERY hard to find info on T45s anymore. Please let me know if anyone got some info. Cheers,

I had the T45s on my car. Had to replace it as it got damaged.Changed to a T04Z which certainly spools up quicker. I was told that the T45s was 1989 technology so anything out there should be better.

Is the T45s 1989??? I was expecting something along the line of WWII battleship as Steve always say.
T04z will be better without a doubt, but it does cost a pretty penny. What is the difference for your car? My car reach 1.2bar at 4700, how was the T45s on your car? How is the t04z now? Also, what are involved when you change to the t04z??? New Downpipe? Cheers for the help.
