If i buy one, can i plug it into my car and use the monitor functions without having a remap?

and

if my car is mapped for 1 bar using an abbey ecu, is that gonna have to come off, or does it stay in place?

and finally, can i fit the power fc myself, or is it a bitch?

The powerfc is a replacement for the management unit you already have
