Difference in N1's

Looking at getting a set of N1's. Could someone tell me the difference of A/R 42 and A/R 60?

The Area/Radius ratio is different. The 0.60 has a bigger flow path. Slightly more lag but also more power I think. Get someone to clarify.

The early N1 R34 turbos had the 0.60 compressor. The later AA403 had a 0.42.
