Question Gtr Cams Into Rb25de Head

Hi all,
i know it can be done but i don't want to mess around trying to make it work so does anyone know what is required to be done to the head to operate correctly with gtr cams?
I am aware the gtr uses solid lifters but need to know in detail what machining if any or parts are required for the fitment..
My main concern is that the profile of a mechanical lifter camshaft will be different from that of a hydraulic one, also there is the base circle of the cam to consider as gtr's run with a clearance while hydraulics may not..
