Turbo Upgrade - GT28R, GT28RS or GT2871R?

Used to have a 200sx and the above mentioned turbos where a couple ones i was interested in but eventually plumbed for a GTiR T28.

I was going to get them becoz they are ball bearing units and they would spool a lot quicker....

Are the GT28R/RS going to be any good for a R32 GTR or perhaps even a slightly larger GT2871R?

Will probably look to keep the twin turbo setup on the car...im ideally after a car that will get into the low/mid 11s...so perhaps 500bhp region should suffice?

I after a turbo ideally that will spool relatively quickly and pull hard to the redline...

Any help would be great lads...
