MazdaSpeed Rx7 FD3S 304.8bhp @ wheels

Unfortunitly the time has come to sell my lovely Rex She is an awesome car and a real head turner...being an ex-MazdaSpeed demo car you won't see many other cars with this bodykit...The engine was standard when it was imported into the country in Jan this year...

As soon as the car was registered it went straight upto Geoff at Re:Worx to have a full check over and to bring up the power figure's.
As the cooling is a comman problem with the RX7's I went for a Radtec V-mount Radiator/Intercooler. Other parts were also fitted to bring the vehicle upto 304.8bhp @ the wheels.

The car starts every time with out a problem, she has never missed a beat. Never driven from cold and always left to cool down before turning off. This is all helped with the Clifford alarm as it has remote engine start and turbo timer built in...writing this is really making me wish I could find a way to keep the car, but unfortunitly i've been racking up to much debt over the years with toys and have now also got to pay a mortgage so without selling my soul its just not possble lol. This really is a great car and needs to be seen to appreciate !!

Spec List:

1996 Mazda Rx7 FD3S 1.3 Twin Turbo in Black

MazdaSpeed Bodykit with fibreglass front wings & vents.
Custom Quad Headlights with HID's.
99 spec Rearlights.
Mazdaspeed uprated front Brakes.
Rays 18" Alloys
4x new Bridgestone tyres.
Tein Coilovers
Twin Nightsport exhaust system.
Greddy Inlet elbow.
Radtec V-mount Intercooler/Radiator
Hard pipes.
Apexi Air filters.
Uprated Pulley Kit.
Uprated fuel rail & injectors.
Uprated HT leads & Spark plugs.
Apexi commander.
RAC Trackstar.
Clifford Alarm with engine start/turbo timer/headlights.

Strong engine and low mileage (39,000mls) so no need for a rebuild for atleast another 20-30,000mls...

I am looking for offers around £9,000ono

No timewasters or test drivers please...this car owes me over 13k with everything i've done on it so far so is very cheap with mileage and spec. If your serious please get in contact...

Mmmm... lovely-looking car, that! Good luck with the sale.

Incidentally, with a rotary engine of 1,320cc, how much roadtax do you pay?

Very very nice. I'm almost tempted myself

Quick question - on Dyno Dynamics graphs I've seen the "Max X BHP" figure has been the flywheel BHP. Are you 100% sure it's got 304.8bhp ATW on standard turbos?

i've just purchased 6months tax for £60 lol...quality isn't it

Durzel - it is defo power figure at the wheels. You need to come and see it go closest thing i've had for grin factor since my 550bhp skyline, but more fun as an all round car...

the liner was awesome in a straight line and when the screamer pipe kicked in but the rex is just fun everywhere and makes some quality sounds

Just for reference, on my FD3S in Japan I have 336ps on standard turbos, with some nice ducting of course. This is the category I race in, so the fact that it is factory turbo has to be checkable and provable.

60 quid is not bad... not bad at all! LOL

And I see you have the 4-seat version, same as me...
