Matt .. please accept my sincere apologies .. my computer blew up early last week so i've not been online, i've since bought a new one and so everything is fine now. Migs has been out of the country for a few days on business.

Yes you bizarrely seem to have been sent a FEED bonnet for an RX7 ?! We will sort and have the right part delivered to you.

Hi Matt,

Sorry - we don't always check PM's - as we only go on the forum when not busy doing normal work. It's always better to contact us directly by phone, or e-mail.

Nightfreight delivered your R33 Top Secret Carbon Diffuser to a customer expecting an RX-7 bonnet from RE-Amemiya, and his bonnet to you. Their mistake with the consignment numbers.

Charlie's sorted this now, so the parts are to be exchanged via Nightfreight. She's on it.

Char also e-mailed to let me know you'd spoken yesterday. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It's nothing to do with the service I received from Newera (which has always been professional), rather the shipping companies they unfortunately use....
