Wheel refurbishment.

I know allot of you guys have been having trouble getting your split rim alloy wheels refurbished properly and for a reasonable amount of cash...I was in the same situation up until a few weeks ago whilst by accident i found 2 companies who can do them properly. These are small companies who usually specialise in the car club scene and councours type events.

I had a meeting with the owner of 1 of the companies involved today to get a general feeling and see some of his work.I would say at the end i was very happy ( and im a fussy git ). Im getting my SSR Evolution Del Colte wheels refurbed by him.My wheels will be dipped in a new type of compound ( like acid dipping )once they are split. The outer ring/lip will be mirror polished ( withan option of going higher/shinier if i want but you cant touch with your hands ), the centre/spoked area and back of the wheel will be powder coated in a pewter/gunmetal colour.Wheels will be re-assembled with manufactures torque settings for each bolt etc and all seals are garanteed. Tyres will be put back on and balanced. All this for £120 per wheel ( size 10 x 18 ).

I wont post up a link to his website or his phone number until i get a mod to give the ok--can a mod say if this would be ok or not. Until then you can pm me for info...I will be getting before, during and after shots of my wheels.
