Suspension Query

Hello,

I own a 1998 ER34 GT-T. I am currently running Bilstein springs + shock combo. I however would like to upgrade to coilovers.

I am asking what requirements should I keep an eye out for when purchasing a set of coilovers? I am also asking, what is recommended for my car? What kind of spring rates etc.

My main purpose is street use and occasional track use. I don't drive it daily, so I am not too worried about the 'comfortability' factor.
