1971 Skyline pic

This is one of my friend's car, a 1971 Skyline.
I do not have any spec on this car but it is a beauty in the flesh.
I think he may have signed up on this forum but I told him I would
host his car on here. He is a real cool cat, Preston. He has been
living here in Japan for quite some time and used to race back in the
day. As soon as weather clears up, I will snap some pics and put them
on this thread along with specs.

Perhaps I can convince him to go to a Daikoku meet, dont know if
he can hang though

L20a was not really just a "Fairlady" engine. The C10 Skyline range used the L20a several months before the S30-series Z was released.

First Nissan 'L-gata' engine was introduced in the H130-series Cedric Special Six of 1965, and the L20a was an updated version of that original design.

Nitpicking Dept. over and out.

Car looks very nice indeed! Good to see one in standard trim.

Very nice. Must be a rare car over there. The few times I've been to Japan, the only classics I saw were American musclecars.
