The 'fix' is the same as your's Sean, it works very well.

All the CAS issues are filtering problems. The AEM can't filter out noise as well as the Nissan specific ECU's. So, to over come this, a lower resolution of teeth is required.

Also, on the older GTR's, the wiring loom deteriates and the grounds become weaker. As we found out on mine. I need to re-wire my CAS(the plug/wires are showing signs on much useage) and try that.

I'm a little dissapointed my loom is in such bad shape, but very pleased that Dan managed to come up with a solution.

On a plus note, the engine did produce 450hp @ 0.8 bar without any seroius time being spend on the mapping. Due to the lateness of the hour, it was a slightly rushed job.

I am very confident in the CAS fix and I understand why. It's all to easy to 'throw the towel in' when problems present themselves, but a little Percy Veriance(Percy who???) and solutions can be found.

Any just to finish this post, we also found loads of ground and weird issues.
